Area business leaders have been appointed to four-year terms on the governing body of the University, an important educational resource in the Skylands Region.
HACKETTSTOWN, N.J., July 16, 2020—Three area business leaders have been named to four-year terms on the Centenary University Board of Trustees, announced Wolfgang Gstattenbauer, board chair. “Centenary University is fortunate to welcome these three professionals to its Board of Trustees,” said Mr. Gstattenbauer. “We are extremely grateful for the leadership they will provide to the University, which is such an important educational resource to the Skylands Region.”
The new trustees are:
Jill Kracov Zinckgraf—Morristown, N.J.
Jill Kracov Zinckgraf is executive director and chief executive officer of the Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault Crisis Center of Warren County (DASACC), a position she has held for seven years. Previously, she served as director of development for Oasis—A Haven for Women and Children in Paterson, director of development and public relations for Women Aware, Inc. in New Brunswick, and domestic violence response team, fundraising, and events coordinator for the Passaic County Women’s Center in Paterson. Dr. Zinckgraf earned an associate degree from the County College of Morris, a bachelor’s from William Paterson University, a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University, and a doctorate in organizational leadership from Stockton University.
Michael J. Gulotta—Flemington, N.J.
Michael J. Gulotta is the founder and chief executive officer of Deo Volente Farms, a world-class breeding center for standardbreds located in Flemington, N.J. Prior to founding Deo Volente Farms, he was chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Actuarial Sciences Associates, Inc., leading the firm’s public policy presence, including testifying before Congress. In the public sector, he was chairman of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Advisory Council and served on the transition teams for two New Jersey governors. A graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York, Mr. Gulotta is the recipient of an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Centenary University in 2009.
Lester Aron—Livingston, N.J.
An experienced legal and business advisor to educational, corporate, and government clients, Lester Aron is the former director of the New Jersey Office of Employee Relations. He also served as chief of staff at Sidra Medical and Research Center in Qatar, and as senior vice president and general counsel at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, which is now part of Rutgers University. A graduate of Cornell University, Mr. Aron earned a degree from the Georgetown University Law Center and a certificate in higher education management from Harvard University’s Institute for Education Management.
