The deadline for requesting ticketed disability-related seating is Friday April 18 2025. Please note that a seat will be reserved for the person needing the accommodation and ONE companion only if BOTH persons are holding a ticket for seating under the tent. Tickets are limited to 4 guests per graduate for the undergraduate ceremony, 2 guests per graduate for the graduate ceremony. Please fill out our Disability Accommodation Request Form Here.
For the ceremony: We encourage you to arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Starting 15 minutes before the ceremony, unclaimed seats in the disability related seating area under the tent will be offered to other guests.
