Free classes for adults and families will be held on campus beginning April 1st. 


HACKETTSTOWN, NJ


Centenary University will host an English as a Second Language (ESL) course this spring. The free sessions are open to members of the local community and are designed to meet the specialized needs of adults of different levels. The courses are designed to help immigrants and other non-native English speakers develop proficiency in English. 


Since its inception in 2015, Centenary’s community ESL program has assisted hundreds of participants from many countries who have a limited ability in speaking, reading, writing, or understanding English.


The Community ESL course will be offered Tuesdays from 2:00PM-3:30PM beginning April 1, 2025 in room 104 of the Harris and Betts Learning Center, the building attached to the Library.
