All traditional full-time undergraduate students are automatically enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan, and assessed the fee for the policy unless they can provide proof of existing health insurance. The student must complete the waiver form provided on the University Student Health Portal.

Students who have their own insurance may choose to waive this fee. (International students are required to purchase the Student Health Insurance Plan). Request for waivers must be received by the deadline.  The insurance waiver form is available on the Centenary University Student Health Portal.  Students can access this portal by going to: https://centenary.studenthealthportal.com/

Log on to the portal using your assigned Centenary username and password.  Click on “My Forms” in the upper left corner.  Then click on Insurance Form.  Be sure to upload a copy of your existing health insurance card if you are waiving the school insurance.
